We require 1 business day for handling. Transit time does not include handling time.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

PO Box Rules
In most cases a PO Box address can be used. In the case that we are unable to ship the address provided, you will be notified. If a new address is not provided we will cancel your order within 2 days automatically.
Problems With Shipment?
Late Shipments:Soon after your order with cbmtools.com ships you should receive an e-mail notification that includes tracking information for your shipment. We expect that you will receive your shipment within the timeframes detailed under Estimate Delivery Time. If two business days have passed beyond this timeframe please use the Contact Us form with and notify us about your issue.

Damaged Shipments (Common Carrier)In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please let the driver know and refuse the shipment. Then please use the Contact Us form to arrange for a replacement order.

Please review the following details to ensure a smooth and convenient pick-up experience:

Warehouse Address: 2416 N Ross Ave, Portland, OR 97227

Pick-Up Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Order Placement: All orders must be placed and purchased online through our website. We do not have a Point of Sale (POS) system at our warehouse, and no on-site purchases can be made.

Pick-Up Procedure:

  1. Place your order on our website.
  2. Select the "Pick Up" option during the checkout process.
  3. Wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready for pick-up.

 

Important Notes:

  • Ensure you have your order confirmation email or order number available when picking up.
  • Pick up is free of charge.
  • Only orders placed online are eligible for will call pick-up.
