This breakout box provides pin-out test points for all DLC connections with LED indicator lights at each pin-out. It has a built-in voltmeter that is switchable to measure voltage at each individual pin. There is a low-voltage alarm. It protects your scanner from reverse polarity. There is a DLC connection outlet on this instrument so your scanner or code reader can be plugged-in while the breakout box is connected, in-line, to the vehicle's DLC connector.?áThe DLC plug is lighted to help find and connect to the vehicles DLC connecter.?á
